Peacock has added two versions of Ariana Grande‘s popular musical fantasy film to its catalog. Grande’s performance in this acclaimed 2024 movie scored her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Beginning today, Peacock subscribers can finally stream two versions of 2024’s Wicked movie: its theatrical cut and a sing-along version. During its theatrical run, the film garnered positive reviews from critics. It currently holds an 88% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 407 reviews. Besides Grande, Cynthia Erivo‘s leading performance as Elphaba gained her an Oscar nomination for Best Actress. The movie has grossed over $758 million at the box office.
Wicked was directed by Jon M. Chu, with the musical’s book writer Winnie Holzman writing the screenplay. It was based on Gregory Maguire’s bestselling novel and the Tony-winning Broadway musical. The ensemble cast also included Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero Tigelaar, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard of Oz, Peter Dinklage as Doctor Dillamond, Bowen Yang as Pfannee, Keala Settle as Miss Coddle, Marissa Bode as Nessarose Thropp, Bronwyn James as ShenShen, Ethan Slater as Boq, and more.
