Prajakta said her biggest source of motivation had always been her love for her work. “First of all, I love my job,” she explained. “And I don’t say this for effect—I genuinely do. I love every part of it.” She added that the only aspect she didn’t enjoy about her job is editing, but she’s grateful to have a capable team who does it for her. “But every other part of my job, I love.”

She went on to talk about the excitement that comes with unpredictability. “I love that not one day is like another. That’s the biggest motivation,” she said, describing how variety in her daily routine kept the work fresh and creatively fulfilling.

Prajakta also spoke candidly about another major source of drive: financial independence. “The second is money. I love working because it gives me money,” she said with her trademark humour and openness. “And imagine doing a job where you enjoy everything and then it pays you too—it’s great.”

Her straightforward and relatable answer highlighted a blend of passion, gratitude, and practicality—showcasing the mindset that has helped her stay consistent and relevant in the ever-evolving digital and entertainment space.
