The Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh led Border 2 has set the box office on fire in India through the Republic Day 2026 weekend. After scoring Rs. 32.1 crore on Friday, the film jumped to Rs. 40.59 crore on Saturday, followed by another surge to Rs. 57.2 crore on Sunday. The weekend collections of Border 2 stood at Rs. 129.89 crore, but the story doesn’t end there.

According to early estimates, Border 2 has blown out of proportion on the Republic Day holiday, showing another spike in business despite operating at higher levels. Our tracking indicates the fourth day business of Border 2 in the range of Rs. 60 crore to Rs. 62 crore, taking the total collections to Rs 189 crores.
The film has emerged as a blockbuster as this trend is historic to say the least, with the film peaking on the fourth day of its business. Border 2 is set to zoom into the Rs. 200 club on Tuesday and then commence its journey further to scale new heights. The film ran at record levels on Monday, especially in single screens of tier 2 and tier 3 centres.
Border 2 is an absolute winner and the hold tomorrow will give us an idea of how long the film will run.
