Dhurandhar is not just seeing the best trending of 2025, it’s also reminding one of the glorious periods for Bollywood from 2023 when Pathaan, Gadar 2, Jawan and Animal had emerged as Rs. 500 Crore Club All Time Blockbusters. The manner in which the Ranveer Singh led movie is doing currently, it can go anywhere as records are tumbling practically every day.
This was seen on Thursday as well when collections came quite close to Rs. 30 crores mark, something that has never ever happened when a film has opened in the 20s and there is no holiday season either. In case of Dhurandhar, the collections are increasing practically every day and while Friday was Rs. 28.60 crores, Thursday stands at Rs. 29.40 crores. What makes it all the more exciting is that the collections are just marginally lower than Saturday which stood at Rs. 33.10 crores.
The second weekend has kickstarted and rest assured, the collections will surpass Rs. 30 crores mark today. Though one waits to see how close the film reaches Rs. 40 crores mark tomorrow; it will most definitely hit that milestone on Sunday. At the very least, on top of Rs. 218 crores that it has collected so far, the film is aiming for Rs. 110 crores in the second weekend but then this Aditya Dhar epic drama is surprising every day and there could well be a surprise in store during next 3 days as well.
