The official ceremony was held today, at Chennai’s Kalaivanar Arangam, marking a star-studded milestone for the versatile star. This triumph follows her National Film Award for Best Actress in Mahanati (2018), where she brilliantly embodied the legendary Savitri.

Up next she’s set for Akka with Yash Raj Films, Rowdy Janardhana alongside Vijay Deverakonda, Thottam with Antony Varghese Pepe, an untitled project with Praveen S. Vijaay and Mysskin, and a reported team-up with Rajkummar Rao.
