Nick Jonas has added a Bollywood track to his playlist, proving that the buzz around Dhurandhar has travelled well beyond India. The pop singer recently took to Instagram to share a short video of himself dancing to a song from Ranveer Singh’s latest blockbuster, which has been performing strongly at the box office.

On Friday, Nick posted a clip in which he was seen grooving to the Hindi track ‘Shararat’ from Dhurandhar. His brothers could also be spotted joining in the background. Sharing the video, Nick wrote, “New pre show hype song unlocked,” instantly grabbing the attention of fans across social media.

The energetic dance number is sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas, with music composed by Shashwat Sachdev. The song is picturised on Ayesha Khan and Krystle D’Souza and has emerged as one of the popular tracks from the film.

Nick Jonas’ post sparked an enthusiastic response online, with fans delighted to see him enjoying a Hindi song. Several comments referred to him as “National Jiju,” while others praised his effortless dance moves and love for Indian pop culture. Nick, who is married to actor Priyanka Chopra, has often spoken about his fondness for Bollywood music.

Earlier, Nick had shared that he listens to ‘Aavan Jaavan’ from War 2, featuring Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani, before every show on tour. He had posted a video of himself listening to the track, calling it his regular pre-show hype song.

Nick Jonas is part of the globally popular Jonas Brothers band, which also includes his brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas. The trio rose to fame in the mid-2000s with chart-topping albums, a massive Disney Channel following, and films like Camp Rock. After parting ways in 2013 due to creative differences, the brothers reunited in 2019. They are set to celebrate their 20th anniversary with the Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour, which will begin in New Jersey in August and conclude in New York in December.
