Taking to social media, Priyanka posted a fun video from the shoot, captioning it, “Never a dull moment at…” while tagging the official handles of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Netflix and Kapil Sharma. The clip offered a light, behind-the-scenes look at the episode without revealing major moments. It showed Priyanka enjoying the comic acts by Krushna Abhishek and Sunil Grover, breaking into dance with Kapil Sharma and Navjot Singh Sidhu, and laughing uncontrollably through several segments. The video ends with Priyanka holding her jaw and saying, “I forgot how much we laugh on this show,” capturing the mood of the set.

Priyanka’s appearance marks her first time on The Great Indian Kapil Show, making the episode a notable moment for long-time viewers. Interestingly, the actor reportedly flew to India for just 12 hours earlier this month to film the episode, highlighting the tight schedule she managed to accommodate the shoot.

The return of The Great Indian Kapil Show was announced on December 10, with Netflix confirming that Season 4 would feature an eclectic and unexpected guest lineup. From World Cup champions and global celebrities to Gen Z icons and Bhojpuri stars, the season promises a mix of humour and variety aimed at a broad audience.

Kapil Sharma is joined once again by his familiar ensemble, often referred to as the show’s “parivaar.” Sunil Grover returns with his knack for turning even the quietest moments into punchlines, while Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek appear in new avatars designed to surprise viewers. Archana Puran Singh’s trademark laughter continues to be a constant presence, and Navjot Singh Sidhu adds his rapid-fire one-liners to the mix.

Speaking about the new season, Kapil Sharma said, “Har baar lagta hai ki ab toh sab kar liya, naye season me kya karunga, lekin phir aapka pyaar aur aapki umeed mujhe kuch naya karne ka rasta dikha deti hai… toh aapke liye comedy ke wo saare avtaar lekar aa raha hoon Netflix par, season 4 me… jo hoga comedy ke universe ka multiverse yani mastiverse.”
