Taking to her Instagram stories, she reposted the announcement and expressed her excitement for the project. In her caption, Rashmika wrote that the visuals, music and overall vibe stood out, while also applauding Vijay’s performance. She writes, You rowdy fellow!!!! Rashmika also shared the announcement on her X (formerly Twitter) account, where she simply wrote, “Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s goooo!!” while tagging Vijay Deverakonda.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got engaged in a private ceremony in Hyderabad in October this year. While the couple did not make an official announcement or share pictures from the event, Vijay’s team later confirmed the engagement to HT. It was also confirmed that the couple planned to get married in February 2026.

The actors had been rumoured to be dating for several years, ever since they worked together in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019).
