Starring opposite her is Ankit Raizada as Karthik, a calm and composed character whose presence forms a counterbalance to Deepa’s turbulent life.

The newly unveiled promo sets the tone for the emotional and dramatic beats of the story. It opens with Deepa’s daily struggle as she manages her household while dealing with an alcoholic husband. Despite financial strain, she works tirelessly from early morning hours, preparing and selling idlis to support her family. Her efforts are shown collapsing each time her husband forcibly takes away her earnings for alcohol, underscoring the cycle of hardship she faces.

The promo takes an intense turn when Deepa’s husband becomes physically aggressive. Karthik intervenes, stepping in to defend her and getting into a confrontation that highlights his protective instinct. While he offers help out of concern, Deepa refuses assistance, choosing to maintain her independence and sense of dignity.
