How do you look back on 2025?
I look back at it as a stepping stone year. I found a rhythm within myself, in my craft and my lifestyle. I feel much more settled. Though nothing substantial happened in this year career wise, it gave me a lot of clarity.

What were the highlight of your year?
The highlight was definitely shooting for Imtiaz Ali sir’s film. Idon’tthinkI’llever feel this way on a film set again, it was really special.

If you had a chance to step back and change anything in 2025 what would it be?
I would be less confused and take firmer decisions. I think it was a lot for me to navigate, post-Jigra. I was too new anddidn’thave the experience to make the wise decisions. However, I have no regrets. I live to learn. However, there is something I’d change if I could.

What’s that?
I would change the wait!! I really wished I could start shooting earlier. There were lots of delays. ButI’mvery grateful to have been on a set shooting, I know many actors whodon’thave that privilege.

What next?
The next film, which is directed by Imtiaz Ali, should release first half this year. I start shoot for another next month. Hopefully, only upwards from here, fingers crossed.
