The Japanese release of Pushpa 2 is being handled by Geek Pictures and Shochiku, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The film is expected to release across nearly 250 screens in Japan, marking one of the wider releases for an Indian film in the region.

Pushpa 2: The Rule, directed by Sukumar, continues the story of Pushpa Raj, a character that has found resonance with audiences across multiple regions. The film has already seen significant box-office traction in India and overseas markets, contributing to its international rollout.

Apart from Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun has several projects in the pipeline. He is set to collaborate with Atlee on an upcoming action film tentatively titled AA22xA6, which will also feature Deepika Padukone. Additionally, a project with filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj has been recently announced, adding to his forthcoming slate.
