Nick Jonas has added an unexpected Bollywood touch to his tour playlist, and fans can’t get enough of it. The singer recently took to Instagram to share a video of himself vibing to ‘Aavan Jaavan,’ a track from War 2, calling it his go-to hype-up song before hitting the stage.

In the video, Nick is seen jamming to the high-energy number featuring Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani, with the caption reading, “What a jam.” The text on the clip further revealed, “My hype up song before every show on the tour.” The post quickly caught the attention of Indian fans, especially given the growing crossover between global pop stars and Bollywood music.

‘Aavan Jaavan’ is composed by Pritam, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, and vocals by Arijit Singh and Nikhita Gandhi. The song’s choreography was designed by Bosco Leslie Martis, and it was recorded at YRF Studios, adding to its mainstream Bollywood appeal.

Reacting to Nick Jonas’ post, Hrithik Roshan kept it simple yet impactful, replying with, “I agree.” His response further fuelled excitement online, as fans celebrated the global recognition of a Bollywood track by an international pop star.

While War 2 did not perform as expected at the box office upon its release, the film has continued to stay relevant in pop culture conversations. Notably, it featured Jr NTR alongside Hrithik Roshan and was directed by Ayan Mukerji. Despite its mixed theatrical run, War 2 went on to rank among the top 10 most searched films on Google in 2025.

The film marked the sixth installment in Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, following Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), Pathaan (2023), and Tiger 3 (2023).
