The makers of Peddi have officially unveiled the film’s trailer, offering audiences a closer look at the upcoming sports drama headlined by Ram Charan. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film blends action, sports, and emotional storytelling against a backdrop deeply rooted in India’s heartland culture.

Following the release of promotional assets including posters, teaser glimpses, and the song ‘Chikiri Chikiri’, the trailer introduces viewers to the larger narrative while highlighting multiple shades of Ram Charan’s character. While earlier promotions had showcased the actor as Peddi Pehlwan and as a cricketer, the new trailer reveals that the film incorporates three different sports, with Ram Charan appearing in three distinct avatars through the course of the story.

The trailer focuses heavily on the emotional and cultural setting of the film, while also incorporating large-scale action sequences and sports-driven drama. Alongside Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, and Shiva Rajkumar also make notable appearances, hinting at an ensemble-driven narrative.

The project marks one of Ram Charan’s major releases following the success of his previous Pan-India outings. His physical transformations for the film have already become a talking point among fans online. The trailer further builds on that curiosity by showcasing contrasting looks and sporting identities tied to his character arc.

Peddi is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings, and IVY Entertainment, with Ishan Saksena serving as co-producer.

The film also brings together a strong technical team, including music composed by A. R. Rahman, cinematography by R. Rathnavelu, editing by Navin Nooli, and production design by Avinash Kolla.

Even before the release, the film has generated considerable buzz in domestic and overseas markets, particularly in North America, where advance ticket sales reportedly opened to a strong response.

Peddi is scheduled to premiere globally on June 3, 2026, ahead of its theatrical release on June 4, 2026. The film will be distributed in North India by Jio Studios.
