Starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, among others, Dhurandhar continued its strong box office run. Ahead of entering its third week, the spy thriller crossed the Rs. 400 crores mark worldwide. Along with its commercial success, the film received widespread critical acclaim, with several actors and filmmakers from the industry expressing their appreciation. Preity Zinta was the latest celebrity to join the growing list of admirers of the Aditya Dhar directorial.

Preity Zinta reviews ‘Dhurandhar’

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Preity shared that she watched a film alone in a theatre after a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the packed afternoon show. Preity Zinta spoke highly of the Ranveer Singh-led film, calling it one of the best she had seen in recent years and describing it as “a love letter” to patriots.

“Today was a fun day. After a long time, I saw a movie in a theatre by myself. The afternoon show was packed and wow, what a ride it was. It’s probably one of the best films I have seen in a long time,” she wrote.

She further praised the performances, writing, “Raw and real, adorned with flawless performances by @RanveerOfficial, Akshaye, @duttsanjay, @ActorMadhavan, @rampalarjun, Sara Arjun, @bolbedibol, @gauravgera, and every other actor.” She also appreciated the music and direction, adding, “Loved the soulful and heart-thumping music, and most of all, loved the direction by @AdityaDharFilms. Tough, yet filled with so much heart. This is not just a film; it’s a love letter to every unknown man, woman, and patriot who has stood in harm’s way to protect our country.”

Preity Zinta also addressed the film’s runtime, noting that its length did not affect her viewing experience. She expressed admiration for Aditya Dhar’s craft and revealed that the three-and-a-half-hour-long film felt effortless.

“Three and a half hours went by in a blink, and I’m already ready to see it again. Aditya Dhar, I have no words. When I do, I will call you and tell you how much I loved this masterpiece,” she wrote.
