Wales begin their Nations Championship 2026 campaign in Cardiff, where they face Fiji in their first game in the new tournament.

Steve Tandy’s side will head to the Southern Hemisphere for their other two games this summer but kick things off at the Cardiff City Stadium – albeit as the away team.

Tandy has made six changes after last weekend’s narrow victory over Barbarians but will want his side to keep building momentum.

Fiji, who are set to play all three of their games this summer in the Northern Hemisphere, must fancy their chances of making a winning start.
