After eight weeks of love triangles, emotional declarations and romantic blunders, there’s a little under two weeks to go before Love Island 2026 draws to a close.

ITV has confirmed that the Love Island final will air on Monday 27 July at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, as the summer of love concludes.
It feels like only yesterday that a new group of single 20-somethings entered the Love Island villa, all armed with different types and looking for the one.
And soon, there will be just three couples stood on the podium as the winners, who will take home a share of £50,000, will be unveiled.
Those final couples are yet to be revealed, but there are some strong pairs who could make it to the very end, including the newly exclusive Yasmin and Tommy, loved-up Simba and Angelista, Kavan and Jasmine, Mica and Samraj and Lorenzo and Julia.

There are plenty of other couples in the villa, though a handful of them appear to be on the rocks.
Ellie and Finley were once one of the strongest couples in the villa, especially after Casa Amor, but Finley’s wandering eye got himself in hot water with Ellie as he began getting to know bombshell Elicia.
While it seemed the couple were back on track after a recent recoupling, it has been reported that Ellie has quit the show.
A source told The Sun: “This is one where the time difference between show action and real life really matters. Viewers have seen Ellie threatening to leave across recent episodes, so the news of her now quitting won’t feel like a surprise.
“But in real time, her and Fin reconnected at the recoupling a few days ago so her decision to now leave is a shock. Viewers will see the dramatic action play out in an episode soon.”
Radio Times understands this to be true.
With plenty of drama to come, let the countdown to the Love Island 2026 final commence!
