Just over a month after the first season of Yellowstone spin-off Marshals came to an end, we have already now got a first-look teaser for the show’s upcoming second season.

The teaser has been exclusively unveiled by PEOPLE, and it sees Luke Grimes’s Kayce Dutton being held at gunpoint in a cabin by a group of armed men.
One of them tells him, “I’ve heard stories about the Duttons,” to which he responds, “The fact that you’re doing this tells me you haven’t heard them all.”
He then leaps into action, before we get more quick shots from throughout the upcoming season, including one scene of Gil Birmingham’s Rainwater.
In the scene, he says, “Nobody escapes unscathed with death and violence,” while Kayce responds, “That’s the Dutton way.”

The trailer also reveals that we can expect to see the second season this autumn – whether that is the case just for US viewers or for those in the UK as well, currently remains to be seen.
Marshals has proved to be a huge hit both on its US network, CBS, and on Paramount+. The series premiere was the most streamed episode ever on the streamer at the time of its debut.

The drama’s second season went into production towards the start of June, after the series was renewed way back in March. It is one of two ongoing Yellowstone spin-offs, with the other being Dutton Ranch, which is coming towards the end of its first run.
That series has also been renewed for a second season, with Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser expected to return as Beth and Rip as the characters continue to build their new life together in South Texas.
Marshals is available to stream in full now on Paramount+.
