System, the recently released legal drama streaming on Prime Video, has been receiving positive reactions from viewers following its release. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the film features Sonakshi Sinha and Jyotika in lead roles and centres on themes of justice, corruption, and systemic inequality.

Amid the growing appreciation for the film online, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari took to social media to share a heartfelt note reflecting on the journey of making the project. The filmmaker also posted a behind-the-scenes image from the shoot while expressing gratitude towards the cast, crew, collaborators, and audiences.

Sharing her experience, Ashwiny wrote, “Made ‘System’ with a lot of heart. Grew as a storyteller. Thank-you to my entire team, partners for supporting and standing beside me. We know the journey was not so easy with it’s own trials also outdoor locations are always difficult but together we made this movie happen in the laughters and ‘let’s solve this’ conversations and each one you have been so integral to me.”

She also thanked the lead actors for their support and gestures during the shoot. “Thank-you @aslisona for getting us home made food and @jyotika for the battery fan when you saw us feeling exhausted and stuffy in the Delhi Sarika house. These little gestures means a lot to us ‘SYSTEM’ – A movie I am very proud of is now on Amazon Prime Video and will have it’s own journey of love and reflection,” she wrote.

The filmmaker further acknowledged the audience response that the film has been receiving since its release. “Thank-you for the appreciation messages which have been pouring in. Noticing the little details. It’s only been one day of release. Audience love is always encouraging to keep learning & evolving. Yes this movie sets you thinking, grows on you long after you have watched it. Until the next story to be told. Forever Gratitude,” Ashwiny added.

The film follows the story of Neha Rajvansh, played by Sonakshi Sinha, a privileged public prosecutor attempting to carve her own identity, and Sarika Rawat, essayed by Jyotika, a courtroom stenographer from a middle-class background. The two women find themselves working together while investigating the murder of a well-known influencer, eventually uncovering larger systemic issues tied to power and corruption within the legal framework.

With its women-led narrative and courtroom backdrop, System has sparked conversations online for its performances and socially relevant themes. The film is currently available for streaming on Prime Video.
