“He’s harmless. Just try and ignore him.” Archstone Entertainment has revealed the first look trailer for the indie horror thriller film titled Woozy, which is premiering soon this summer. Written and directed by the filmmaker Joey Bicicchi, this supernatural indie horror is debuting at the 2026 Popcorn Frights Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Florida this August. If anyone wants to catch it early. A man’s structured life to cope with mental health issues unravels when a horrifying apparition called Woozy starts tormenting him, forcing him to confront his fears. Emile Hirsch unleashes a nerve-shredding performance in Woozy, a psychological descent into a mind’s darkest corners. What begins as control collapses into spectacular chaos as Dusty is forced into a brutal confrontation with the delusions he thought he had mastered. Woozy becomes a visceral battle between discipline and disorder, sanity and surrender, structure and the terrifying unknown that lives just beneath the surface. This stars Emile Hirsch along with Jackie Cruz, Penelope Mitchell, and Jeff Adler. All the green throw up stuff in this trailer is so gross but that’s obviously the whole point. Have fun.
