Another long-time Emmerdale cast member looks set to leave the soap in the near future, with reports that Jack Downham is set to depart his role as Noah Dingle.

According to The Sun, the actor – who has been starring in Emmerdale since the age of 6 – will be the latest member of the Dingle family to be axed from the show amid budget cuts.
He has reportedly already filmed his final scenes, with a source telling the publication that Downham is “looking at the positives though and is hopeful about future opportunities.

Radio Times understands the reports to be true and that Downham will leave later this summer. ITV declined to comment on the story when approached by Radio Times.
Several notable cast members have left the soap in recent months, with Downham set to follow his fellow Dingle family member Bradley Johnson – who plays Vinny – in departing.
