The wait for MobLand season 2 is nearly over.

Paramount+ has confirmed that the second season of its hit crime drama will premiere globally on Friday 18 September 2026, with Tom Hardy back as loyal fixer Harry Da Souza alongside returning stars Pierce Brosnan and Dame Helen Mirren.
The streamer marked the announcement with a new teaser trailer and a fresh batch of first-look images, promising “chaos and carnage” as the Harrigan crime family fractures under pressure. The tagline says it all: “Prepare for uncivil war, the Harrigans are bloody back.”
Created by Ronan Bennett and executive produced by Guy Ritchie, MobLand became one of Paramount+’s biggest successes after its March 2025 debut, reaching 26 million viewers to date. This made it the platform’s second most-watched original series at the time.
Our own MobLand review praised Hardy’s turn even as it noted that the series sticks closer to the crime-drama formula than Ritchie’s Netflix hit The Gentlemen.

The synopsis for the 10-episode second season says that it “will see the Harrigans struggle to show a unified front as rising rivals threaten their fractured criminal empire – and Harry Da Souza, their street-smart and formidable ‘fixer’, must walk a dangerous tightrope when tensions within the family intensify”.
It continues: “As violence spills into every corner of their lives, loyalties snap, safety proves temporary, and the battle for power leaves no room for mercy.”
The second season’s ensemble cast also includes Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, Emmett J Scanlan, Johnny Flynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Janet McTeer and Toby Jones.
