Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is back on the summer anime calendar, with season 3’s release date coming soon — bringing Rudeus Greyrat’s story back to Crunchyroll.
Season 3 is set to open with the Eris Training Arc, as the first two episodes shift attention to Eris Boreas Greyrat and her path forward after the events of the previous season.
After those two episodes, however, there are plenty of other episodes to see on specific dates; so, here is the full release schedule we have for season 3 of the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime so far.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 3 release schedule — When are new episodes out?
Season 3 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is confirmed to premiere on Crunchyroll from Sunday 5 July 2026, courtesy of the streamer’s summer line-up announcement in mid-June.
Interestingly, though, Mushoku Tensei season 3 is a double-bill premiere — dropping both episodes 1 and 2 as a one-hour special. From then on, though, the remaining single episodes will be streaming each week on the same date.
With that, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’s season 3’s full release schedule for its predicted first cour is as follows:

As with any anime, especially high-profile series like Mushoku Tensei, delays can happen even the week before a streaming date. If anything happens, we’ll update this guide as soon as possible.
How many episodes will Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 3 have?
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’s season 3 episode count hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but it’s currently predicted to be 27 in total – split up between two cours: the first with 14 episodes, and the second with 13.
If true, this will be Mushoku Tensei’s longest season yet; the first being 23 episodes long and the second being 25 episodes long.
This news comes from prominent leakers in the anime community like d0nut2x on X (formerly Twitter), but any leaked information like this should always be taken with a pinch of salt.
As for when the second cour comes out, we predict there’ll be a break between Mushoku Tensei season 3’s episodes 14 and 15 – as there were between-cour breaks of at least six months with season 1 and 2 as well, but there is no official confirmation of that yet, either.
As we get official confirmation, we’ll update this section accordingly, as well.
What time are new Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 3 episodes released?
Crunchyroll has not announced the exact weekly streaming time for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 3. It’s still listed as ‘TBA’ on the streamer’s summer schedule at the time of writing.
In Japan, however, the official Mushoku Tensei website has the first two episodes dropping at 8pm JST on Saturday 4 July. If Crunchyroll follows that pattern, new Mushoku Tensei season 3 episodes are expected to arrive at around the following times:
- Pacific time – 8am
- Eastern time – 11am
- UK time – 4pm
- Central European time – 5pm
- India Standard Time – 8:30pm
- Japan Standard Time – 12am on Monday
- Australian Eastern Standard Time – 1am on Monday
However, the first two episodes are being handled separately in Japan due to the special launch, so these times should be treated as an estimate unless Crunchyroll confirms the same slot for its own release.

Season 3 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation continues Rudeus Greyrat’s second chance at life after being reincarnated in a fantasy world; after where season 2 left off, season 3 will begin with the Eris Training Arc, focusing on Eris Boreas Greyrat as she continues to sharpen her skills.
From then on, season 3 will move into Rudeus’s Youth Arc from episode 3: shifting the focus back to Rudeus as he continues to rebuild his life after the emotional fallout of season 2.
With Roxy and Sylphiette still being especially central to his story arc, the next stretch is expected to explore how his growing family, past regrets and new responsibilities shape the latest stage of his second life.
