“Look out!” “Yeehaw!” Disney has revealed the funny first look teaser trailer for Ice Age: Boiling Point, also known as Ice Age 6, since it’s the sixth movie in the Ice Age franchise of animated comedies. The first batch of them were made by Blue Sky Animation, which went under a few years back then was scooped by 20th Century, which was then bought by Disney, who is now continuing this franchise with more sequels. The herd is back on the big screen and they’re coming in hot! Everyone from the previous movies is back again for another crazy voyage. A wild adventure through dinosaurs and lava as Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Scrat, Baby Scrat, Crash, and the herd explore uncharted regions of the dangerous “Lost World”. With the voices of Ray Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Simon Pegg, and Queen Latifah. Bringing back the old crew from the first movie in 2002, plus Pegg & Latifah (who joined during the sequel Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs). Barely any footage in this first teaser, more of an introduction and announcement that it’s coming to theaters in early 2027. Stay tuned for more updates + additional footage later this year.

This initial teaser shows Manny (voice of Ray Romano), Diego (voice of Denis Leary), Sid (voice of John Leguizamo), Buck (voice of Simon Pegg) and Ellie (voice of Queen Latifah) – along with acorn-obsessed Scrat, Crash, Eddie and Baby Scrat – as they blast out of a volcano and straight into a dinosaur-and-lava-filled madcap adventure to go visit many never-before-seen corners of the treacherous Lost World. Ice Age: Boiling Point, also known as Ice Age 6, is directed by animation producer / filmmaker John Donkin, director of The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild spin-off, and a producer on the original Ice Age and its sequels previously. Final screenplay credits not available yet. Produced by Lori Forte. With animation by 20th Century Animation.
