The Peddi wave continues to grow stronger. Starring Ram Charan alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Jagapathi, the film has been creating buzz with every update. The recently released trailer offered a glimpse into the world of Peddi, Ram Charan’s transformations as a cricketer, wrestler, and runner, and the film’s larger-than-life sports drama genre. Adding to the excitement, the makers recently announced #PEDDIKiAawaz, a grand musical event in Bhopal.

Now, anticipation has climbed even higher as the team dropped a special video of Ram Charan inviting fans to the musical event at BHEL Dussehra Maidan on May 23. He also shared that the celebration will feature a live performance by A.R. Rahman and a new song launch. The makers also shared pictures from the venue preparations, showcasing the massive scale of arrangements, with the grand event being set up for huge crowds and an electrifying fan frenzy.

Sharing the video, the makers wrote, “BHOPAL, get ready for #PEDDIKiAawaz, an unforgettable event 💥💥 At BHEL Dusshera Maidan, 23rd May, 5:00 PM Onwards ❤️‍🔥With @arrahman Live performance and also Special song launch ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 #PEDDI in cinemas worldwide on 4th June. #GetReadyForPeddi 💥💥.”

Meanwhile, A. R. Rahman’s music continues to fuel the hype, with ‘Chikiri Chikiri’ crossing 200 million views and ‘Rai Rai Raa Raa’ garnering over 68 million views on YouTube.

Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi features Ram Charan in the lead role alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings, and IVY Entertainment, with co-producer Ishan Saksena.

The film also boasts a powerful technical team, including music by A. R. Rahman, cinematography by R. Rathnavelu, production design by Avinash Kolla, editing by Navin Nooli, and executive production by V. Y. Praveen Kumar.

Peddi will be released in North India by Jio Studios following the grand success of Dhurandhar, Dhurandhar The Revenge, and Raja Shivaji. The film will have its premiere across the world on June 3, 2026, followed by its worldwide theatrical release on June 4, 2026.
