The World Cup won’t be the only competition kicking off this summer, as Love Island returns for another juicy season next month.

The new season begins on on Monday 1 June, with host Maya Jama welcoming audiences and 12 singles to the iconic villa as they dive headfirst into a summer of love.
One of those singles is Ellie Chadwick, who plans to handle competition with ease and confidence.

Ellie Chadwick is a real estate videographer from West Lothian who is hoping to find love in the villa, but should drama come her way then so be it.
“I want love and I’m not going to not fight for it,” she said.
When it comes to dating on the outside world, Ellie has learned she can’t be “too keen” but has to “make them know you’re interested”, though she does like someone who “chases” her.
She explained: “They’ve got to come up and meet me at the halfway line. But I will go to the goal if I need to. Offside? Who knows? I guess we’ll see.”
