Who killed Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) in Coronation Street?

Honestly, we’re still not sure. Weatherfield’s cop shop want us to believe that Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) committed the crime, and honestly, there’s a lot of evidence stacked up against her.
George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) spotted her darting away from the scene of the crime, her brooch was found on the floor of the flat Theo lived, and she burnt a number of pages from her journal that detailed her desire to aim a gun at the abuser’s head.
The investigation continues to cast a dark shadow over the cobbles, with fingers being pointed left, right and centre.
In today’s episode, Theo’s ex-husband Todd Grimshaw (James Cartwright) confided in best pal Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) that he had no intention of attending the forthcoming funeral.

He felt like people would question why he had received Theo’s life insurance payout, and had decided to give it to his children.
Believing he shouldn’t face the day alone, Sarah tricked Todd into going to the Viaduct Bistro for lunch, where George, Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins), Mary Taylor (Patti Clare) and James Bailey (James Callender) were already waiting for him.
Although Todd initially bristled at the setup and threatened to leave, he softened when the group explained they simply wanted to support him on such an emotionally fraught day.
Watching from afar, DS Lisa Connor-Swain (Vicky Myers) eyed the gathering with growing suspicion.
Suddenly, Theo’s vengeful ex-wife Danielle (Natalie Anderson) barged in and loudly accused Todd of murdering Theo to cash in on his life insurance.
Mary immediately leapt to Todd’s defence, cheekily suggesting Danielle herself could have been responsible, prompting Danielle to storm out.
Ryan followed her and dropped a bombshell of his own – he recognised her from being in the area on the night that Theo died. She was insistent that she’d only been there delivering Lisa and wife Carla’s (Alison King) wedding cake, but he suspected she may really have been seeking revenge.

Meanwhile, news of Summer’s ordeal behind bars left Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) visibly shaken. He’d lied to the police, telling them that he hadn’t seen her at the time of the murder.
Clearly panicked, he placed a tense phone call, warning a mystery person on the other end of the line that Summer was suffering because of them.
He insisted they come up with a plan before things spiralled even further.
Did Tyrone kill Theo? Or does he know who did?
