“It’s us, you know, it’s always been us.” Cineverse has unveiled their official trailer for a romantic comedy called Let’s Love, arriving to watch on VOD next week. Despite the impressive cast in here, this is getting dumped on VOD right way and looks like a fairly lackluster meta comedy creation. In Let’s Love, the cast and filmmakers of a hit romance film (titled Don’t Delete the Kisses) reunite for a fan event that is then cancelled. As they spend a weekend revisiting filming locations, nostalgia gives way to unresolved feelings, conflicts, and ambitions. Ten years after a breakout hit film, screenwriter Nigel, director Andrea, and actors Jackson and Jess reunite in Wales for a fan convention that might revive their careers –until it doesn’t. “A sharply self-aware reunion comedy, this film hilariously skewers fame, fandom, and second chances as four former breakout stars descend on Wales chasing relevance — and find far more chaos than a comeback.” It stars Martin Freeman, Malin Akerman, Josh Hutcherson, & Jess Weixler (from Teeth). This looks like it has some clever moments in how it makes fun of romcoms and how realistic they can often times be.

Ten years after a romance film shaped their careers, the film stars and creative team reunite in Wales for a fan convention. Complicated personal histories resurface as they gather, including former relationships, unresolved tensions, and creative disagreements. When the convention is abruptly canceled, the group uses the unexpected time to revisit the film’s original locations while considering a possible sequel. As the trip unfolds, professional ambitions intersect with lingering personal dynamics, bringing their shared past back into focus. Let’s Love is written and directed by British indie filmmaker Jamie Adams, director of the films Wild Honey Pie!, Alright Now, Balance Not Symmetry, Bittersweet Symphony, Love Spreads, Venice at Dawn, She Is Love, The Holiday List, and Pose previously. Produced by Tom George and Rebecca Long. Cineverse debuts Adams’ Let’s Love movie direct-to-VOD starting on June 9th, 2026 this summer.
