It all comes down to this! Invincible season 4 wraps up next week, having introduced fearsome villain Thragg (Lee Pace) as the next dangerous foe for Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun) to face off against.

Pace is no stranger to sci-fi worlds, having previously appeared as Ronan the Accuser in both Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain Marvel, while he currently stars as Brother Day in Apple TV’s slick Isaac Asimov adaptation Foundation.
In an interview with Polygon to mark the release of episode 7, the actor drew comparisons between his trio of cosmic characters.
“[Thragg] is similar to Ronan in his strict ideology, but we’re really setting him up to dismantle him in this story,” Pace explained.
“Brother Day is very different because he’s many iterations of the same man… he’s just a messy human with good instincts about what’s probably going to work out for him.”
If you’re excited to see what fresh hell Thragg will bring to the show, read on for details on when to catch Invincible season 4 episode 8 on Prime Video.

As the third season debuted back in February 2025, the new season is arriving a little over one year after the third instalment, with the animated superhero series significantly speeding up its production.
This follows the comments of Invincible creator Robert Kirkman that the team is working incredibly hard to avoid the two-year gap fans experienced between seasons 1 and 2.
“I can’t guarantee that we’ll be coming back in early February every single year, but I can say that is the goal,” the writer commented in an interview with Discussing Film.
“We’re working at a breakneck pace behind the scenes with Shaun O’Neill and Dan Duncan and the entire team to keep this factory moving and keep this show in production so that we can come out in a fairly regular clip.”
Invincible season 4 is available to stream on Prime Video.
