The summer of love has well and truly arrived, with double the helpings to Love Island for fans in the UK and the US.
For our friends across the pond, Love Island USA season 8 has kicked off, introducing fans to a new cohort of Islanders hoping to find the person of their dreams.
But, this is Love Island, and not everything goes to plan. So expect love triangles, drama and a trio of friends that’ll be the real love story to come out of the show.

When are new episodes of Love Island USA 2026 released?

The Love Island USA release schedule is slightly different to what fans in the UK might expect, with new episodes released every day aside from one mid week.
Below is the full release schedule.
- Monday – New episode
- Tuesday – New episode
- Wednesday – No episode
- Thursday – New episode
- Friday – New episode
- Thursday – New episode
- Saturday – New episode of Love Island: Aftersun
- Sunday – New episode
For the first week of season 8, an episode will be released every day before moving to its usual schedule of an episode a day except Wednesday.
On Saturdays the series will air its companion show, Love Island: Aftersun, featuring interviews with dumped Islanders and unseen footage from the week.
What time is Love Island USA 2026 on Peacock?
For those tuning in from the US, the series is exclusively available on Peacock, kicking off on Tuesday 2 June.
It is released on 6pm PT/9pm ET on the streamer in the US.
For those in the UK, Peacock isn’t available to use, but as per previous releases, the US series eventually becomes available to watch on ITVX. So watch this space!
