Salman Khan has reacted strongly after a heated encounter with paparazzi outside a hospital in Mumbai recently went viral on social media. The actor later addressed the matter through a series of posts on Instagram, criticising the invasion of privacy and expressing disappointment over the way photographers behaved during a sensitive moment.

The controversy began after Salman Khan was reportedly visiting someone at a hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday night when paparazzi gathered outside and repeatedly shouted “Maatrubhumi,” referring to his upcoming film. Videos circulating online showed the actor visibly upset as photographers continued following him despite the situation.

Soon after the incident, Salman took to social media and shared a series of selfies accompanied by strongly worded captions. In his first post, the actor expressed frustration over photographers attempting to capture moments during a personal and emotional time. He wrote, “If I see any press at a hospital enjoying my pain. The press that I have stood for interacted with taken care made sure that they also earn their bread n butter.”

In another post, Salman criticised the focus on film-related questions during a hospital visit. “But if they wanna make money from my losses…. keep quiet don’t enjoy. bhai bhai bhai matrabhumi picture ki maaa ki aankh, pic imp hai ya life,” he wrote.

The actor further warned against crossing personal boundaries and questioned how others would feel in a similar situation involving their own loved ones. “Aise main sau jala doonga. Bhai k ek bhai k dukh par agli baar try kar lena mere sath. Buss try kar lena …. Jab bhi tumhara koi hospital mai hoga kya mai aisa react karoonga ?” Salman stated in another post.

Concluding his string of messages, the actor reminded followers that he still knows how to stand up for himself despite his age. “Saath saal ka ho gaya hoon lekin ladna nahiin bhoola yeh yaad rakh lena, jail mein dalo ge haaa haaa,” he wrote.

Salman Khan has recently been making headlines for his reflective and emotional social media posts. Just a day earlier, the actor had issued a clarification after a shirtless photograph and cryptic caption sparked speculation online. In that earlier post, Salman had written, “By I me myself, 2 ways to be by yr self, Alone and Lonely, Alone is by choice n lonely when nobody wants to be with u….. Ab iske aage you Figure out what you need to do.”

However, the actor later clarified that his statement had been misunderstood. Explaining himself in another Instagram note, Salman wrote, “Arre yaar Mai apne bare mai nahi baat kar raha tha. How can i be alone when i have such a large amazing family n friends n how can I be lonely when I have u guys, your wishes n Duas, I would be the biggest na shukra ever.”

On the professional front, Salman recently completed shooting for Maatrubhumi, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, although reports suggest that the project is currently facing delays. The actor has also begun work on his next film directed by Vamshi Paidipally, backed by Dil Raju and co-starring Nayanthara.
