A video from the NYC streets is going viral, which showcases the Oppenheimer star back in action for A Quiet Place 3 with its director.
In the viral clip shared on Instagram, Cillian Murphy can be seen reprising his A Quiet Place 2 character, Emmett. It also shows him holding a prop gun in his hands and running around the streets along with armed personnel.
In one frame, John Krasinski is also seen having a conversation with Murphy, while in another, he directs the latter.
Meanwhile, numerous fans joined in to comment on the video. One user wrote, “Never gets old watching Cillian doing literally ANYTHING.” Another fan went on to comment, “OMG… What an actor! What a man! Magnificent!”
Furthermore, a third user expressed their excitement for A Quiet Place 3 and noted, “Looking fit as always. I’m excited to learn there is another quiet place being made.”
In March 2026, it was announced that new members would be joining the cast of John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place 3 alongside Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, and others. According to Variety, the new additions include Jack O’Connell, Katy O’Brian, and Jason Clarke.
In May, Krasinski even spoke with Collider and shared an update on the movie’s filming. He conveyed, “We start filming one week from today, and this is how nervous and stressed out I am. So I’m glad to be distracted because, yeah, it’s a lot. We’re so excited.”
The Office star further shared his opinion on the third chapter of the A Quiet Place franchise and stated, “I’m just really excited that I’m being given the chance to close out my chapter. This was always seen as a trilogy in my head. I just wanted to figure it out in an organic way, and I think we have.”
