Ahead of its world premiere at Tubi FrightFest this August, a trailer, poster and images have landed online for the horror comedy Bad Karaoke.
The film sees a group of bandmates acquire a karaoke machine they found in the back of a dive bar while heading off to a cabin to the weekend. But as the night unfolds they discover the machine is cursed and has a thirst for blood.
Directed by Chris Lightbody and Robert J. Steinmiller Jr., the cast includes Lexi Underwood, Case Walker, Kat Cunning, Kate Miner, Kevin Clayette, and Jonathan Jason Green. Watch the trailer below…

When wedding band keyboardist Emily discovers an old karaoke machine in the back of a dive bar, she thinks it will lead to a fun-filled night of singing and bonding with her bandmates. Unfortunately, this karaoke machine seems to have a thirst for blood. When the singing begins, so does the bloodshed. When an excellent performance allows someone to be spared by the machine, the crew think they’ve figured out how to finally beat it. Proven almost immediately wrong, it takes more horrifying deaths and a visit from a mysterious stranger to realize they may have a chance at survival after all.
Tubi FrightFest 2026 runs between August 27th and August 31st, 2026.
