We’re now three episodes into the second season of London-based police thriller series Criminal Record, with the latest instalment seeing a key piece of evidence in June’s (Cush Jumbo) case surfacing, as Luther Ford’s Billy become fully embedded in Cosmo Thompson’s (Dustin Demri-Burns) far-right group.
Meanwhile, the next episode in the season, episode 4, is set to see June appealing to Rohaan‘s mother to help combat rumours being spread by Cosmo and his followers.
This season has so far seen June having to form an uneasy alliance with Peter Capaldi’s Hegarty, as they work alongside new characters including Luca Pasqualino’s JP and Lyndsey Marshal’s Ivy Mullins.

Criminal Record season 2 is following a weekly release schedule, after its first episode debuted on Apple TV on Wednesday 22 April.
This means episode 4 will arrive on Wednesday 13 May.

Criminal Record season 2 release schedule – When are new episodes out?
The first season of Criminal Record released its first two episodes at once, before switching to a weekly release model. For season 2, the show has had a weekly release model from the outset.
That means while the first episode was released on Wednesday 22 April, the finale will arrive exactly eight weeks later, on Wednesday 10 June.
