“I want to prepare you for what comes next… But I need you to remain calm.” Well, this looks scary! AMC has unveiled the official trailer for The Terror: Devil in Silver, the latest horror mini-series season as part of “The Terror” anthology series from AMC & Shudder. The first two seasons debtued in 2018 & 2019 a while ago – it’s finally back with a new story this year that looks seriously creepy. Based on Victor LaValle’s novel of the same name Devil in Silver stars the superbly talented Dan Stevens as a working-class moving man who, through a combination of bad luck and a bad temper, finds himself wrongfully committed to New Hyde Psychiatric Hospital. The 6 ep series also stars Judith Light, CCH Pounder, Aasif Mandvi, John Benjamin Hickey, Stephen Root, Michael Aronov, Marin Ireland, Hayward Leach, Hampton Fluker, Chinaza Uche, Philip Ettinger. Wrongfully committed to a psychiatric hospital, one man must survive patients & doctors with dark secrets – and something far more sinister. Perhaps the devil himself. Fitting that this will head to Shudder along with AMC+ as usual. A great cast makes this series worth a look.
