With the release of its finale, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 has joined a special club of MCU projects, which includes Avengers: Endgame, that share a common feature. The sophomore season of the revival series ended by bringing the lingering conflict between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk to a close, establishing a new status quo for them both. It also concluded with setups for future storylines that will possibly be explored in the confirmed third season.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 has one thing in common with nine MCU projects
The Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 finale ended without showing a post-credits scene. Thus, it joins a special group of MCU movies and shows that do not have one. These include:
- Avengers: Endgame,
- Werewolf by Night (Disney+ Special Presentation)
- Secret Invasion
- Agatha All Along
- Wonder Man
- Loki Season 2 finale
- Eyes of Wakanda
- Marvel Zombies
- The Incredible Hulk
Notably, the final episode of Daredevil: Born Again contained one. It showed Frank Castle (Punisher) escaping from the cell that the Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF) put him in.
The Born Again Season 2 finale ended with some big moments. Matt Murdock revealed his identity as Daredevil to the court to testify about Fisk’s crimes in the Northern Star. He also did this to acquit Karen Page of the bogus charges she was facing. Consequently, Fisk resigned as mayor and left New York to avoid prosecution for the charges levied against him. Meanwhile, Murdock was arrested for his years of vigilantism.
Elsewhere, Heather Glenn found and wore her tormentor Muse’s mask, teasing her transformation into the villain in the threequel. Luke Cage, who had been doing overseas work for Mr. Charles, who let him go in favor of Benjamin “Dex” Pointdexter, reunited with his partner Jessica Jones and their daughter, Danielle.
All episodes of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 are currently streaming on Disney+, with Season 3 set for March 2027. Dario Scardapane, who co-created the series with Matt Corman and Chris Ord, serves as showrunner. Charlie Cox stars in the lead role, leading a supporting cast that includes Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Margarita Levieva, Matthew Lillard, Wilson Bethel, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, and Michael Gandolfini, among others.
