“I’m not unhinged, I’m just having a bad day!”

Those words will go down in EastEnders history, as troubled Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona) tried to justify her kidnap of Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton).
In yesterday’s episode, after faking her own murder and framing Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick), Bea bundled an unconscious Honey into a rented car and drove off into the night. We discovered in today’s instalment that she’d taken her to a cottage in Kent, which she’d first visited as a child.
Bea furiously prepared a sizeable breakfast, and when a panicked Honey awoke, she darted over to the door to escape. It was locked, and she had to start thinking about an alternative way to escape.
She was denied the opportunity to tell Billy that she was safe, though with Bea detailing her grand ambitions to start a new life and move abroad with Honey and her children Will (Freddie Phillips) and Janet (Grace), a potential way to get a message to Albert Square arose.

Bea had suggested robbing a bank to fund their new identities, then had another idea – Honey could take £10,000 out of the Minute Mart accounts.
While her captor wasn’t looking, Honey sneakily included the name of the village they were at as a transfer reference.
An enraged Suki Panesar-Unwin (Balvinder Sopal) then noticed that the wad of cash was missing. She charged over to Peacock Palace to find Honey and challenge her behaviour, and fortunately, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) spotted the hidden clue.
The trio jumped into a car in the direction of Kent – but Bea had already received some unwelcome visitors.
As she plotted whether there’d be enough money left over to buy a camper van or a tent, two holidaymakers arrived at the cottage having rented it online. She quickly ushered them away from the door after trapping Honey in a cupboard.
Fortunately, Honey had found a spare set of keys and managed to break out, rushing down a country lane and in the direction of the Walford women.

They safely guided her back to Peacock Palace where Billy awaited, and the two promised to put the whole ordeal behind them. However, out of nowhere, Bea grabbed Billy by the neck and attempted to throttle him.
Honey launched into action, a huge physical fight ensued, and Bea was left on the floor with a heavy ornament held above her head.
The police swooped in and arrested her, and she was driven out of Walford in a blaze of blue lights.
Is this the last we’ve seen of Bea?
