Fallout star Walton Goggins has confirmed that production has begun on season 3.

Based on the video game franchise of the same name, the series imagines a post-apocalyptic future where the planet has been ravaged by nuclear war, and follows vault dweller Lucy (Ella Purnell), rookie soldier Maximus (Aaron Moten) and Cooper Howard (Goggins), a bounty hunter who has wandered the Wasteland for many years as a ghoul.

The actor revealed the news on Tuesday (7 July) with a sneak peek at the make-up process that transforms him into character, and wrote alongside in the caption: “Back in the saddle… Fallout Season 3.”
