ITV has confirmed Saturday’s stacked schedule of sport, which starts with the rugby union Nations Championship and concludes with England’s next World Cup 2026 match.
It could be a perfect day for England fans, with both the men’s national rugby and football teams in action on ITV1 on the same day.
The broadcaster has exclusive live coverage of the Three Lions’ quarter-final clash against Norway. The build-up starts at 8:45pm on ITV1 ahead of a 10pm kick-off UK time.
It’s set to be another thrilling World Cup clash and comes on the back of Thomas Tuchel’s side digging deep to claim a remarkable victory over co-hosts Mexico at the Azteca in the early hours of Monday morning.

Norway v England will be followed by the fourth quarter-final, which kicks off at 2am on Sunday morning and will feature the winners of Argentina v Egypt and Switzerland v Colombia.
The quarter-finals will cap off a fantastic day of sport on ITV, which begins at 6am with New Zealand v Italy – the first of six Nations Championship matches on the network across the day.
ITV has exclusive rights to the new 12-team rugby union tournament, which began last weekend.
Saturday’s other Nations Championship matches on ITV1 are: Australia v France (8:40am), Japan v Ireland (11:10am), Fiji v England (2:10pm), and South Africa v Scotland (4:40pm). Argentina v Wales, which kicks off at 8:10pm, is on ITV 4.
England will be hoping to bounce back from a heavy defeat to South Africa, while the rest of the home nations will hope to build on last weekend’s victories.
