Pulkit Samrat is all set to showcase a fierce new avatar as he enters the boxing ring in Netflix’s upcoming original series Glory. The streaming platform has unveiled the trailer of the much-anticipated Divyenndu, Survinder Vicky starrer show, presenting a gritty sports crime thriller packed with revenge, ambition and dark family secrets.

Glory: Netflix plans trailer launch with a live boxing face-off featuring Pulkit Samrat and professional boxer Neeraj Goyat
Created by Karan Anshuman and Karmanya Ahuja, Glory is set against the high-pressure world of Indian boxing, where every match carries emotional stakes far beyond the ropes. For Pulkit, the series marks a physically demanding and intense role, with the actor playing Ravi, one of two brothers drawn back into a dangerous past.
The story follows Dev (Divyenndu) and Ravi (Pulkit Samrat), who unwillingly return to their hometown of Shaktigarh seeking justice. Their mission is tied to the brutal attack on their sister Gudiya, played by Jannat Zubair, and the mysterious death of promising Olympic boxer Nihal Singh. What begins as a search for truth soon turns into a larger battle involving betrayal, power and long-buried secrets.
At the centre of the family is Raghubir Singh, played by Suvinder Vicky, a determined boxing coach obsessed with Olympic success while struggling to keep his fractured legacy intact. As Pulkit’s Ravi steps deeper into the boxing world, he finds himself caught between family loyalty and personal survival.
Adding to the scale of the launch, Netflix introduced Glory with a live boxing face-off featuring Pulkit Samrat and professional boxer Neeraj Goyat, creating a unique promotional moment that blurred the line between fiction and reality.
Speaking about the series, Tanya Bami, Director, Series, India at Netflix shares, “With Glory, we set out to do something truly first-of-its-kind: a sports crime thriller that asks what ambition, legacy, truth and revenge really mean when they collide at the highest stakes. Set against the fiercely competitive world of boxing and the thirst for the Olympic gold, Glory goes far beyond the conventional sports drama, layering intense emotion with a suspense-driven core that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats. With Karan Anshuman’s singular creative vision at the helm, and an exceptional ensemble in Divyenndu, Pulkit Samrat, Survinder Vicky, Sikander Kher, Ashutosh Rana, Sayani Gupta, and Jannat Zubair, we believe this series will be the perfect binge watch .”
Creator-director Karan Anshuman added, “At its heart, Glory is about the pursuit of Olympic gold — the most exalted idea of physical achievement — and the darkness that can gather around that dream. The series explores how inherited ambition, violence, and the hunger for greatness can corrupt everything around it.”
Produced by Mohit Shah and Karan Anshuman under Atomic Films, Glory is written by Anshuman, Karmanya Ahuja and Vaibhav Vishal, and directed by Anshuman and Kanishk Varma. The series premieres on Netflix on May 1.
