“Tomorrow’s a big night!” “Why?” “Full moon!” Dark Sky Films has released the official trailer for an indie horror film titled Camp, a witchcraft thriller made by filmmaker Avalon Fast as her second feature film so far. Arriving to watch in June this summer. A story of impossible redemption, modern witchcraft, and duels that repeat themselves like cursed cycles. This originally premiered at Fantastic Fest 2025 last year, and it also played at Brooklyn Horror Film Festival last fall, and at Beyond Fest Chicago back in April. Haunted by a traumatic past, Emily finds solace as a camp counselor while navigating grief, witchcraft, and the power of female friendship. She stands at the forefront of a new kind of life, but there’s a voice out there in the woods she can’t quite seem to ignore. The voice is whispering, she’s telling Emily to go home… The film stars Zola Grimmer as Emily, with Alice Wordsworth, Cherry Moore, Lea Rose Sebastianis, and Ella Reece. Described in fest reviews as “a dreamily haunting coming-of-age tale with teeth.” Take an eerie look below.
