Mayfair Witches season 3 is officially coming our way in 2027 with a chilling teaser trailer being released for the new instalment of the Alexandra Daddario drama.

The actress will return as Rowan Fielding in season 3, which will make its way – very aptly – to Salem, Massachusetts.
The teaser shows Rowan rising into the air as electricity crackles around her, teasing: “Power will be tested”, among a variety of disturbing shots from the new season.
Season 3 is set to delve into the historical happenings in Salem, as well as taking a deeper look at the mythology of witchcraft and introducing new “Spellbound” families.
The trailer also reveals the release window for season 3, confirming that the new instalment will arrive in 2027 (despite hopes from some fans that it would be later this year).
Daddario will return alongside Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa and Alyssa Jirrels. The series also stars Betsy Brandt, Michiel Huisman, James Frain, Eliza Scanlen and Omar Maskati.
Meanwhile, we’re also expecting Annabeth Gish to return as Deirdre Mayfair following an absence in season 2, after she was included in a season 3 wrap post from showrunner Esta Spalding.

Plus, the season, which forms part of Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, alongside the likes of Interview with the Vampire/The Vampire Lestat and Talamasca, will have a brand new co-showrunner in the form of Tom Schnauz, who will join Spalding at the helm of the show.
While details about the third season have been kept pretty under wraps, Dan McDermott, president of entertainment and AMC Studios for AMC Networks previously said: “The drama and complexities of the Mayfair family continue to be an intriguing and enchanting source of story, and expanding that story against the backdrop of Salem, a historical haven of witchcraft, is an exciting next chapter for this series and our larger Anne Rice Immortal Universe.”

Speaking about the new showrunner, he added: “Tom Schnauz has a storied history with AMC, and we’re elated to have him join the talented Esta Spalding and our Mayfair cast for a season that will explore a larger world of witchery and Mayfair family secrets as we continue to build out this dynamic franchise.”
“I am thrilled to welcome Tom Schnauz to our team for the third season of Mayfair Witches,” Spalding added. “A contemporary twist on the Salem story, it promises to be our most delicious yet.”
