NewHBO Maxmovie and TV releases from May 11 to May 17, 2026, include On the Roam’s second season.

The docuseries starring Jason Momoa will arrive on May 14, 2026. It will have a total of six episodes, promising new adventures for Momoa. The Aquaman star opened up on the inspiration behind the creation of the documentary series with Screen Rant. “It’s just all the things that, I guess, curious or obsessed with and the things that I love.”

Momoa further added, “I just wanted to not only give thanks to the people who inspire me, but to honor the people who deserve to be honored, and things that I find interesting or who have helped me along the way.” The actor continued how he “hought it’d be pretty interesting to make all these things.” He noted, “And I feel that, as we started to do it, everything took on its own little heart, and it’s always a wonderful experience.”

Also coming to HBO Max is Lurker. The psychological thriller film follows how a retail worker, Matthew, ends up getting closer to a rising pop star, Oliver. Things turn upside down when Matthew begins taking control of his friend’s life.
