Wimbledon 2026 British players: Which Brits are playing today?

One of the joys of Wimbledon is the crowd – in SW19 and at home – getting behind British players.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a major winner, a rising star, a journeyman, or a complete unknown; being a Brit at the Championships can be something of a superpower.

After a poor showing at the French Open, there have been some promising signs on the grass of late – and there is optimism about what could be achieved by homegrown talent.

Queen’s finalist Emma Raducanu, men’s No.1 Cameron Norrie, and the returning Jack Draper are the ones to watch but there are 22 Brits in the singles draw in total, as well as some fancied pairs in the doubles.
