The long-awaited Camp Rock 3 has locked in its release month, with the Jonas Brothers and the magic of Camp Rock returning to screens this summer. Premiering simultaneously on Disney+ and Disney Channel, the film brings back the iconic trio for a new arc packed with music, rivalry, and nostalgia.

Camp Rock 3 to get an August release date
Disney Branded Television, which greenlit Camp Rock 3 in September 2025, has scheduled the release date for August 2026. The movie will feature the return of the Jonas Brothers, aka Joe, Nick, and Kevin, both in front of the camera and as executive producers. Demi Lovato, who starred in the first two films, will not appear on screen but joins the production team as an executive producer. Veronica Rodriguez directs from a screenplay by Eydie Faye, with choreography by Jamal Sims.
The story picks up years after the original films. Connect 3, the band fronted by Shane, Nate, and Jason Gray, faces a crisis when their opening act drops out of a major reunion tour. The solution takes them straight back to where it all began: Camp Rock. The brothers arrive to scout new talent, turning the camp into a musical battleground. As campers compete for the spotlight, friendships strain under pressure, secrets surface, and unexpected romances bloom under the summer sun.
Returning cast members include Joe Jonas as Shane Gray, Nick Jonas as Nate Gray, Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray, and Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie Torres, mother of Lovato’s original character, Mitchie. New campers joining the franchise are Liamani Segura as the ambitious Sage, Hudson Stone as her brother Desi, and Malachi Barton as Fletch, described as the camp’s troublemaker. Lumi Pollack plays the cello prodigy Rosie, Casey Trotter plays the drummer Cliff, Brooklynn Pitts plays the choreography specialist Callie, and Ava Jean plays the social media influencer Madison.
A teaser trailer released in December 2025 gave the first sneak peek of Camp Rock 3 (via Deadline).
