A trailer for the new Night of the Living Dead remake has been released.
Night of the Living Dead is a 1968 film directed, photographed, and edited by the legendary George A.Romero. The film, which stars Duane Jones as Ben, is considered to be one of the best and most influential horror movies of all time — not only for popularizing the portrayal of zombies in pop culture, but also for its commentary on the social and cultural changes occurring in the United States during the 1960s.
With Romero’s film having mistakenly been released into the public domain because of a copyright notice, the movie has been remade many, many times over the years. ITN Distribution now has a new remake coming out, and the first trailer for the movie has been released. It stars Vivica A. Fox and WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam.

What do we see in the Night of the Living Dead trailer?
In addition to Fox and Van Dam, the Night of the Living Dead remake cast includes Brittany Underwood, Robert Carradine, Miko Hughes, Zack Ward, and Adam Huss. The trailer previews plenty of gory zombie mayhem, as the dead are coming back to life with a hunger for human flesh.
The official synopsis reads, “A remake of George Romero’s 1968 cult classic horror film, Night of the Living Dead takes place during a worldwide event in which the dead rise and roam the earth as zombies. As civilization collapses, a small group of survivors must fight to stay alive against the growing threat of the walking dead.
The film is directed by Christopher Ray, whose previous filmography includes titles such as 2010’s Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus, 2011’s Almighty Thor, 2015’s 3-Headed Shark Attack, 2019’s 2nd Chance for Christmas, 2023’s Top Gunner: America vs. Russia, 2023’s Attack of the Meth Gator, and 2024’s War of the Worlds: Extinction. Tiki Terrors is the production company.
A release date for the Night of the Living Dead remake has not yet been announced by ITN Distribution.
