Mounted on a grand scale, the film has also sparked discussions around its reported Rs 100 crores budget. Addressing the ongoing speculation, Riteish recently shared his thoughts during an appearance on The Right Angle with Sonal Kalra Season 3, produced by Gautam Thakker Films.

Speaking about the attention surrounding the film’s budget, Riteish said, “First of all, the budgets being discussed are all just assumptions. Nobody really knows the actual cost of the film except Jio Studios, who know exactly how the film has been mounted and what has gone into making it happen.”

The actor-filmmaker further explained that audiences are ultimately more concerned about the cinematic experience rather than production costs. “As filmmakers, I feel the last thing we should be discussing is the budget of a film, because ultimately, that’s not what matters to the audience. What matters is whether the film is worth their time. You can talk about scale, cinematic value, and the experience being created,” he shared.

Drawing from his own childhood memories as a moviegoer, Riteish added, “As a child, when I went to watch an Amitabh Bachchan film, I never thought about the budget. I went for the big-screen entertainment, the emotion, and the value for money that the experience delivered.”

Over the years, Riteish Deshmukh has built a diverse filmography across genres. From comedy franchises like Housefull, Dhamaal and Masti to intense performances in films like Ek Villain, the actor has consistently showcased his range as a performer.
