Japan and Ireland will both look to build on opening weekend wins when they meet in the Nations Championship on Saturday.

The pair are set to face off in Australia’s McDonald Jones Stadium as part of a stacked second Saturday of the new 12-team international rugby union tournament.

Japan outclassed Italy last weekend, winning 27-10, but missed out on the bonus point and sit third in the Southern Hemisphere table.

Ireland came from behind to beat Australia by two points in their opener and are third in the Northern Hemisphere table despite snagging the bonus point.
