Norway and Senegal meet in a crucial World Cup Group I clash at the Toronto Stadium in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The Vikings will be able to start planning for the round of 32 if they claim all three points and the Lions of Teranga need a positive result otherwise their hopes of progressing to the knockout stage will be hanging by a thread.
Erling Haaland was, unsurprisingly, in ruthless mood as Norway kicked off their campaign with a comfortable victory against Iraq. The hotshot’s double sandwiched Aymen Hussein’s equaliser before Leo Ostigard’s second-half strike and Hussein’s own goal put some gloss on the scoreline.
Senegal, meanwhile, were made to pay for failing to punish France’s sluggish first half as Kylian Mbappe inspired the World Cup favourites to victory after the break.
Ibrahim Mbaye stepped off the bench to score Senegal’s late consolation and he will be hoping to come into Pape Thiaw’s starting XI alongside Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye, who was also limited to a cameo appearance.
