Summer is officially here! Kicking off tonight (1st June), Love Island is returning to screens once more with a new cohort of singles ready for a summer of love.

ITV unveiled the new cast last week alongside a new twist that the show’s executive producer Lewis Evans teased with Radio Times, something that has never been done before on the show.
“We’re going to play into that this year, we can’t say too much, but [in] the first episode we’re changing things,” Evans told Radio Times and other press. “We’re doing something that we’ve never done before in the history of Love Island. We’re going to take a big risk and we hope it pays off.”
But it’s not just the cast many people will be looking forward to, it’s the luxurious villa they share during their time on the series.
Each year, the pad they live in is redesigned with a new colour scheme, and it often leaves everyone very envious of the cast indeed.
This year, the producers and designers have given the house a lively colour scheme, with all the rooms getting a different lick of paint.
Where is the Love Island summer villa?
This summer, the new group of singles will be hoping to find “the one” in sunny Mallorca.
The series has returned to the same villa once more, with some Beverly Hills-inspired features to highlight the glitz and glam of the 10th anniversary but this time with a turquoise and Barbie pink colour scheme.

The outdoor complex features a large pool with multiple breakaway seating areas and a kitchen for the islanders gather as they make iced coffees. The main feature of the villa is, of course, the fire pit where challenges, re-couplings and eliminations take place which this year is a royal blue and white colour scheme.
The Hideaway has returned once more, with yet again the same “No Invite Needed”, meaning Islanders can only enter the room with someone who isn’t their partner – which could certainly cause some tension.
Where is the Casa Amor villa?
Halfway through the series, the established couples will be put to the test when the boys and girls are split up – and one half is sent to the infamous Casa Amor, where a group of new singles will be hoping to woo them.
While little is known about this year’s location, it will be in the same region as the main villa – Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.

Where is Love Island winter filmed?
While the summer seasons of Love Island are filmed in sunny Spain, contestants taking part in the two winter seasons jetted off to South Africa.
The last lavish villa was in the heart of the Franschhoek wine valley, in what is dubbed the country’s “millionaire row”.
Love Island season 13 will begin airing on ITV2 and ITVX on Monday 1 June at 9pm.
