The ultimate game of love is back for another year, as Love Island returns for a 13th season in just a few short days.

The new run, which launches next week, will see the first 12 Islanders step into the iconic villa, all of whom are on the search for love – but will it be easier said than done?
One of those Islanders is Sam Workman who admits it’ll be interesting to have competition while in the villa, but is confident in what he has to offer.

Who is Sam Workman?

Sam Workman is an electrician from Dudley who is definitely ready to find love after a year of being single and dating.
“I am at a stage now where I want to settle down and find the love of my life,” he said.
Reflecting on his dating history, Sam admits that he can be too nice at times and in the past he has gone on a few dates with someone, realised he wasn’t feeling it but avoided saying anything because he didn’t want to hurt them.
He added: “Then things end up getting deeper, they get attached, and it becomes messy. I’ve definitely learned that being honest earlier is the better thing to do – I’m not going into extra time.”
